Paul Colsell (82) is a veteran artist living in Exeter, who has worked in art and design all his life. He has also painted many large scale murals.

Paul has lived in Exeter with his wife Betty since 2015. It’s a place where he says he has experienced immense kindness and his Exeter Kindness mural is a way of giving back to the city.
